  2. Hi Gentleman - not sure if you are still receiving updates on the PS 5000 Irons as the posts go back to 2011 and its now 2019!! I'm orignally from South Africa, born in 66, and moved to Canada in 1994 along with my PS 5000 irons and Wilson, wooden 3, 5, and 1 Woods. I still use them and score as well if not better than most of the guys who buy all the latest "jazz" - they are in fabulous condition and i have had then since i was 11 years old when i bought them from my neighbor in Durban for R40. They have played all over Canada and now in parts of the USA! People who play with me refuse to believe they are that old and play that well!! My wooden "Wilson Persimmon woods" - particularly the 3 and 5 are killer and still play as good as anything out there!! These fabulous irons were made by a golf shop in South Africa that has stores in the major cities. It is called "The Pro Shop", see Golf Clubs, Equipment & Accessories | The Pro Shop The Pro Shop is South Africa’s largest golf equipment superstore. The Pro Shop supplies a wide range of golf clubs, golf balls, gloves, bags, golf carts, clothing, footwear and accessories. Shop this huge selection and save on... , and hence the initials "PS" on the clubs. The "5000" was a "version #" to distinguish each model/version they made. Think of it as their "in-House Label/Brand. I have reached out to them to see if they have any of these aroundf or could point me to where to find them. I had my PS-5000 Sand Wedge stolen when I lived in Calgary along with my putter. Hoping this message gets to you fine gentleman and perhaps we can all play a round of golf together one day? We could start a trend and be the "PS-5000 Challengers"
