Just had my elbow scoped for debris after fighting pain n tendonitis for years. 80 plus rounds/year and working have taken its toll. Any success stories out there?

Looking for tips on how to play high end courses in D.R. without the big green fees. I love a good course like the next guy but 200- 300 at just about all is a little ridiculous. Have played La Cana and Corales. Please Help!
