I have both the 42 and 56 degree Niblicks. I've had the 42 a little longer than the 56 so I have more experience with that club. I hit it with full swing 90-105 yds. I can shorten the distance just by opening my stance a little and keeping my feet close together. Both clubs are very accurate but I have not been able to master hitting the 56 out of the sand. Either club is great around the green, it just depends on what kind of shot you have to make. The sales people at Golf Galaxy and Golfsmith insist on calling these clubs "Chippers' which they are not at all. Cleveland shows them on their web site as wedges, and I believe that is how they should be portrayed. Chippers are basically one dimensional clubs, and these Niblicks can be used for a variety of shots. These clubs are easy to learn how to use, and some people have said the 56 is easy out of the sand. But I haven't found that to be the case. Bottom line, I like them, and will contine to use them.
