  1. Was the ankle thing like weights that you strap around your ankle? If that is the case, that is interesting. I have been practicing and practice, I just like to practice. I was taught to take a score card new or old and hit a few balls with a sand wedge. Then pull out the driver and look at hole one and shape the shot. (When I Could do it) add the yardage up and hit and Iron the distance to the green. If I hit that distance place and x and after I was done with that I would go to the chipping and putting area drop the ball on the edge if my second shot on the range was off or short, if I hit the green on the range I would drop in the edge of the green and try to 1-2 putt. The next day would be wedges and sand trap practice. those were the days. I still practice but not that intense and dedicated. I have been through a lot since then and today I did not hit one ball out of 70 with a wedge or Iron. Fairway woods were hit or miss but the driver did good. Anything helps and it does not hurt to try. I am new to the site. working on getting my swing uploaded.
  2. CincyCreech, This looks like a question that did not get answered correctly. I just painted my older clubs with one more on the way to do. I use to play KZG Driver PTF/300 9.5 degree and a KZG 3 and 5 wood standard lofts. I bought all new clubs and was fitted for shafts. I had the Ben Hogan heads and put recoil 70 ES regular flex. I can no longer play extra stiff. I gave my old clubs to a kid that needed some thing new. His grandads pings looked like someone used them as hammers. So now I cannot hit these new light fairway woods, I Have Taylormade M4 bought them new, I have a Sim Driver Hogan clubs and vokey wedges 52, 56, and 60. Odyssey mallet putter. Here are the old KZG 3 and 5 woods and I have a 7 wood coming tomorrow. AS you can see the yellow was wrong. They sent a can of yellow candy instead of red but the label reads red?? I had to start all over.
