They have a rubber tee that will hold a wooden tee. You can adjust the wooden tee to the height that you want.

I bought mine from allturfmats.com . It takes a wooden tee and you can swing down and through it with no bounce. I believe they have an ebay store as well. Go get one of these - You will not be dissapointed.
