Well I won't argue that it isn't expensive , but I have worked hard most of my life and this would be like the ultimate treat for myself. Plus when my son gets old enough I can pass down the membership to him. He loves golf about as much as I do so I think it would be a great thing to share with him. So was this a no for anyone else knowing of a better or cheaper alternative that is similar? Oh and sorry P3R3 but go FLORIDA STATE next Monday!

A friend told me about a luxury golf destination club he had heard of called The Markers Club. I have checked out their website and it sounds like a cool deal but I have a couple of questions before I make any decisions. Has anyone here had any experience with this company or one like it? Please tell me any other companies you might know like this that give a better deal. I figured a forum would be a good place to look for a few answers. Anything you could give me would help. Thanks!

Of course it is the SEC. We may grow them dumb down here but they are also big and mean.

This will sound totally horrible to any SEC fans but I am a LSU alumni but I was raised to be an Alabama fan, so they are both on the top of my list despite the fact that I am supposed to hate one if I love the other. It does make family get togethers fun though.
