  2. This happens on both the range and the course. I have no idea what I'm doing differently.
  3. I know "the lefter the shot" is really poor English that would make my teacher wife shiver, but it makes the point. I'm getting my short irons (up to 7) going pretty straight, but as soon as I move up to my 6, 5, and 4 hybrids I start pulling them to the left. Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this? But them I slice my driver!
  4. 100 yards. I know most guys hit a 9 or wedge 100 yards but I'm not a big hitter.
  5. I was B-fit for Bridgestone E-6 golf balls. - Jordan Spieth - 8 - Dustin Johnson - 9 - Ricky Fowler -9
  6. I really like to play alone. I can focus on my game without distractions. It's also a good way to get away from the hubbub and relax.
  7. This actually happened on June 12 (a month ago) but I'm still buzzed by it. On the first hole of my local par three course I pulled out my seven iron (yeah, seven, not a strong hitter) and bounced the ball off a little hill off the left side of the green. The ball bounced onto the green and rolled into the hole for my first ace. I've been playing 50 years, so I think it was about time :-)
  8. I'm planning a cross-country car trip (next year) and want to carry two sets of clubs and two pull carts. My car can't handle that and luggage. Years ago I borrowed a Sears X-Cargo but no longer have access to it. Is this the best way to go or is there anything better?
