  2. This is my opinionated list of the top 10 Shotmakers/Escape Artists in Golf. Please tell me what you think, and if you want, tell me your favorite Seve Ballesteros moment. 1. Seve Ballesteros 2. Phil Mickelson 3. Lee Trevino 4. Jack Nicklaus 5. Tiger Woods 6. Bubba Watson 7. Jason Day 8. Jordan Spieth 9. Jim Furyk 10. Luke Donald
  3. I play a 7W with a certain type of shaft and loft that promotes a fade from whatever lie I'm on. It's great for recovery situations, but I wouldn't hit it off the tee. From the tee, if it was a long par 3, I'd play my 4 hybrid or my 5 iron. I generally think that 7 woods specialize in tough situations, so I only play one when necessary. Otherwise, I'll replace it with my "special" hockey stick putter that I use for short-medium putts. For long putts, I usually use a regular putter. Anyways, I would only recommend using a 7 Wood for special situations, like a long bunker shot. Otherwise, I use a hybrid.
  4. Always been a big fan of Bubba Watson. The shotmaking ability, the way he plays...its just so magical.
  5. Well, I was watching Bubba Watson play recently, and while he was putting, I noticed something odd. He seemed to be attempting to put some side spin on his putts, and the announcer said that bubba likes to curve his putts. I'm wondering...is it possible to draw or fade a putt?
  6. Totally. I feel that it's really sad that clubs like the 1-iron, 2-iron, and 3-iron are being phased out. Ben Hogan's favorite club was his 1-iron. Hard to find, extremely satisfying to master.
  7. Well, I just was wondering, who is everyone's favorite golfer? Mine is Bubba Watson. His shotmaking abilities are amazing, and my playstyle (shaping my shots a lot) is similar to his.
