  1. I recently discovered a small hairline crack on the head of my Cobra HS9 driver. The head is made of composite and I heard that the heads on these drivers can sometimes crack. I also heard Cobra will replace the head for FREE!! Anybody ever hear of anything like that??????
  2. Actually I just A SuperQuad from this website and the LD has regular flex shaft and I decided to go with a stiff flex. Let me know f your still interested down the road.
  3. I have 2 Cobra divers I'm looking to pass on. Cobra F Speed Ld and I Cobra HS9. The LD is a 9 degree with a 55 gram Aldila Speed Tuned reglular flex shaft. And the HS9 is 9.5 degree with a 65 gram Aldila NVS orange Stiff shaft with a new Winn grip. Both are in just below new condition and include the Headcovers. Let me know if your at all interested.
  4. I live in Burlington County, it's in southern New Jersey and Ive played quite a few courses around me, but Im looking for any hidden gems anywhere. I've looked into golfphilly.com they have five courses throughout philly. Anybody live in the area with any courses they've played?
  5. I just bought the new Cobra F Speed LD for $200 on ebay. I can't wait to swing it. The New Cobra Speed drivers are tuned for swing types. F Speed is for 225 to 250 yard drive ranges. If you go to the Cobra site you can put your information in and it will specify which speed driver fits you best. Good Luck http://cobragolf.com/asc/asc.htm
  6. #10 at INDIAN SPRINGS WHERE I LIVE. HOLED OUT FROM AROUND 65 YDS OUT OF THE ROUGH TO SAVE PAR.
  7. As Of Now Ive Got Adams Gt2 Undercut. There My First Full Set Of Irons As Ive Only Been Playing For About 2 Years Now. I Hit Them Great So Im Happy With Them For Now. Hit Em High N Drop Em Soft.
  8. Ok Im From Southern Jersey And Ive Been Looking For An In Into Somekind Of Golfing Career Possibly. Im A Personal Trainer And Just Recently Got My Certification To Be A Golf Conditioning Specialist And Golf Wellness Coach. Golf Conditioning Focuses On Routines To Improve The Overall Strength Of The Golf Swing And Also Improve Stamina. Golf Wellness Focuses On Pre Round Routines And Stretching Techniques . What I Really Want To Know Is How Many Country Clubs Are Interested In Hiring A Person Like Myself. I Mean My Handicap Is Nowhere Near Good Enough To Be A Pro Or Even A Golf Pro Assisstant, Which Ive Looked Into At The Clubs Near Me. Any Ideas Are Appreciated. Thx In Advance.
  9. Im thinking shorter would be more accurate but definetly not longer. In the pro long drive competitions they use like 6* of loft and 50 inch shafts so longer is farther but less accurate until you perfect using that size shaft.
  10. Im starting to get interested in this golf channel tour the more I hear about it. Does anyone know if there are any kind of money prizes with this tour? I know the actual membership is $200 then around another $200 to enter each event. So whats the payoff for winning an event?
  11. So how exactly does this amateur thing work? I ve seen the commercials but how does it all work? Whats the purpose?
  12. I see these guys at my local golf courses and I wonder how to get into some kind of career in golf. What kind of option s are there besides being a club pro and getting into actual tournaments. I am a certified personal trainer and was possibly thinking of specializing in golf oriented strength training or somthing of the sort, but I dont know if that what be a type of job a Country Club would be ooking for. Any opinions and thoughts would be appreciated. Im looking for any info on getting into the golfing world.
  13. Ebays great if you have patience. I get all my golf equipment from there. My most Recent buy from Ebay was a brand new $160 Citation putter for whopping $25 because the seller made a mistake in his listing. So if you can spot a deal and have the patience to wait for a too good to be true deal than use Ebay. Rock bottom golf has auctions on there as well under the name Rockbottomgolf. Cheaper than their website.
  14. When I FIRST GOT INTO GOLF MY I NEVER WANTED TO TAKE MY PUTTER OUT OF THE BAG. BUT SINCE ITS THE MOST USED CLUB I JUST FIGURED TO GET A CRAZY LOOKING PUTTER SO EVEN IF I CANT PUTT I MIND AS WELL LOOK GOOD DOING IT. RIGHT NOW I HAVE A SCOTTY CAMERON FUTURA PHANTOM LOOK-A-LIKE AND NOW I CANT WAIT TO TAKE IT OUT AND PUT IT TO USE. AS A RESULT OF THE CONFIDENCE OF WAY MY PUTTER LOOKS I SWEAR IVE GOTTEN 10 XS BETTER PUTTING STROKE. SO WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT HEADS SHAFTS AND FACES OUT THERE NOW DOES IT REALLY MATTER OR DOES IT ALL JUST COME DOWN TO CONFIDENCE AND SWAGGER ON THE GREENS?
  15. My Taylormade R5 dual type D. I used to always have to play a wicked fade but now im either srt8 or a little draw and can still play a fade if i take my old wild all u got swing.
