I`ve actually tried a Cobra Baffler. I hit too much of a power fade, when trying to drive it 180-200 mts. Nothing for me, I guess.

Hi, I just got home from Marbella, Spain also known as the Costa del Golf among people familiar with Spain. A great trip indeed, with an average of 0,7 golf rounds per day. But I`ve found out that I need to get a whole iron set, and being stuck with a sucky Hong Kong 1/2 set is my handicap. In Golf Magazine, there was a test of 4 sets of iron-woods, and the superior winner was Tour Edge Bazooka QL iron-wood. I must admit I got interested in these clubs, as I`ve test swinged the new Callaway Fusion iron-woods. But what do you guys think about these clubs?

Sorry for making this thread alive again, but I just have one question, as I`m wondering about something about the shaft flex, and I don`t think it is necessary to start a new thread. When you hit a driver with a shaft that is too stiff for you, how will the ball fly? I know it will tend to the right, but how will it look like? Will it sort of go in a bow, from straight to right in a very crooked way? Not as a regular slice?

Are you serious? And I think there is much waiting here in Norway. That`s really frustrating. I guess playing golf here in Norway isn`t that bad after all. I`ve heard alot about and experienced it myself while playing in Spain/Portugal/Africa/USA/Asia that people often steal untagged balls etc. Nobody steals balls here in Norway, we only pick up lost balls that are beyond doubt lost. We never really wait that much either, although some players, both good and bad when it comes to skills, waste time.

I guess we are two being excited, then. I think if you`re adaptable, the Sumo 2 will work out, as with every driver. Anyhoo, is there many copies, clones etc. of the driver? And are they easy to spot as fake?

How do you spot a clone? Is it easy?

Sure. It`s okay when people do test swings etc. even if it`s just a practice round. But when people leave the bags in the most misplaced places, test swings 5-6 times, stops in front of the green of a par 3 to write down the score on the scorecard while people is right behind them etc. it really pisses me off.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I`m still unsure. I wanted a driver, and I chose this one. I`m afraid I won`t drive as far as I could with other drivers. May that be a problem?

I`m sorry for shaking alive a old thread, but I really get nervous while reading here. People think the Sumo2 is bad? I`ve just ordered it from Canada, this being my first driver. I`m one of those who`s going down the handicap spiral now. With a 7 wood, I hit 220 metres from the FW now. And with 3W from the tee, I shoot about 220-250 metres. So now I`ve decided to invest in a driver, and the SUMO2 was appealing. Have I made a big mistake?
