I want to thank every one for there feedback here BUT please note....i do have common sense.....it was a matter of me being new to the ebay/paypal process...and i was trying to be a positive buyer by stating that the transaction was good, i thought i would be able to add additional feedback AFTER the clubs showed up....Like i said i am NEW to this BUT that doesnt mean i am ok with what has happened and will just roll over and say "to hell with it" its over $200.00....and in my world as a single dad thats HUGE....I cant afford to just give up on it......I have called everyone but Obama and noone will do crap, ive asked to talk to supervisors, crew leaders, head honchoe's...and NOTHING.....contacted the seller and he cussed me out telling me he broke no laws, and for me to have patients.....UGH....

I gave him great feedback because he provided me with a shipping number ( tracking number) right away......i thought i was doing the right thing??? I NEVER gave him all 5 stars because i had not seen the product yet......

buckley_69 is the guys ebay name....as well as i have his phone number.....he tried to give me the same tracking number back again telling me that when he shipped it out yesterday they used the same tracking number....Come on man...i was born at night but it wan NOT last night.....

Yes i opened a case with ebay BUT they closed it when the package showed it had been delivered....EVEN though it NEVER left Alabama....UGH.......And yes i will call my bank BUT its Saturday and i have to wait until Monday.....pay pal and eBay are giving me the runaround....NOTE: guy has 100% positive feedback....?????.....And police wont do squat because its under $500.00....This is ridiculous....i need some one in AL to get on this guy....

Hello everyone , I am new to this site BUT im hoping my first post will help me get some resolution to a problem I have. This past week i bought a set of Bridgestone J36 irons off a guy on ebay and went through the entire process with paypal....Well to make a long story short, he NEVER sent me the clubs, What he did was send them to another address that he could pick them up at and keep my money. Basically a fake address that would show paypal that the item had been delivered...Ive talked to paypal and ebay and opened claims BUT after talking to the guy i thought we had the problem resolved so i closed the claim....WELL NOT SO MUCH....he is now not returning my calls and no new tracking number like he said...UGH....im a single dad that lives watching the spending of every penny, hence wy i had to buy off ebay and NOT a new set...I am SOOOOO frustrated because now im out my money AND no clubs.....WHY are people soooooooo shady???? I will post the guys phone number and ebay info if it comes to it BUT what i am hoping is that this forum is like the one we had with "archerytalk" and fellow golfers help eachother out and put pressure on this guy to get me my irons...... Any advice would be greatly appreciated, im not really all that computer savy so not sure what my options are as to using the internet to fight back...PLEASE HELP
