  1. Sorry I had 2 letters wrong in my post. And I didn't say they were attached directly to the bone as if that was the only method. I said it pulling away from the shin. Which would explain why a wrap helps greatly.
  2. My only conclusion to that book is that you have too much time on your hands.
  3. An actual chin splint is the muscle pulling away from the bone, at least that is how my doctor explained it to me. Every spring when I get back into running I fight them. The only thing that helped was rest. It got so bad when I would walk normally it would kill me. The only thing that helped me was wrapping my chin/calf pretty snug with a large ace wrap. I would also put ice packs on/off every night. Some very flat shoes like vibram five fingers, merrels or minimus's have helped recently.
  4. I have been trying to slowly go into my VFFs. I used to use all asics but recently I transitioned into new balance minimus which have a slightly thicker sole than VFFs but I has been really taking a toll on my calfs, feet and chins. Even just doing a mile-1 1/2. And this is coming from a traditional heel strike 4-5 miles easy. How have they been working for you and how long did you transfer into the VFFs?
  5. I purchased mine friday and i have only had time to hit it about ten times but so far I really like it. My brother in law made the comment about how much the ball jumped off of the face and he normally uses his razer hawk.
  6. You're a better man than me. I am a very calm person but some people really need to be put in their place. Next time I would just take up as much space as humanly possible and take it from their. It probably wouldn't end pretty.
  7. In the past I have done that. Just wasn't sure if anyone has popped up recently doing it outside of ebay with comparable prices. And yes I am always very careful on EBay, haven't had a bad transaction purchasing yet on there. Now selling that's a different story.
  8. Are there any places some people on here may recommend for buying used clubs. I will not just google it for the chance of fakes and I would rather deal with a reputable place a lot of people have had positive experiences with. Thanks
  9. P90X definitely does work. It is a great all around fitness and stretching program. Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk
  10. Thx for the review, anyone else had the chance to hit one yet. On a personal note tomorrow I am using a demo octane. Guess I'll get an opinion on that tommorrow.
  11. Maybe you could try and play a few rounds choking down/up on the club (however you wanna look at it) and see how you do. It will at least give you an idea.
  12. Correct, I think it releases or preorders are tomorrow maybe. I just wasn't sure if anyone maybe had a chance to hit one at a demo day or something.
  13. Being that I am still pretty new to the whole golf world don't take my opinion to seriously but i could see all ping for sure. Possibly nike or Callaway but i am also digging my new burner 2.0 four iron so who knows.
  14. While I also agree, he is taking lessons he said. But I will also say just this week I switched from top flite xl's to callaway warbirds and played my best round by about 6 strokes on sunday. I am not saying it was definitely the balls because I was striking very well but I also don't believe heavily in coincidences.
