  1. I used to carry the original r7. Best club ever made at the time. But i found a cheap buy on a r5 dual TP with a shaft that i couldnt pass up. Turns out the shaft was woth $1k and ended up paying 150 for the whole club. TP models are more expensive, but for a better ball striker, they are the way to go.
  2. Im more of a feel player but I average around 110mph and about a 260 yard carry. When I really go at it it measures around 120mph with around a 280 carry. (Tip the 110mph swing goes much straighter). With rill I average around 280 or so off the tee.
  3. I will agree that hitting the ball high is better but only to a certain point. I naturally hit the ball high and, therefor, fixed my problem with a shaft. My launch angle was a towering 17 degrees, and was lowered to around a 14.Im not saying its the best option to do but I would recommend the Graffaloy ProLaunch Red. Its designed to create a more penetrating ball flight. Or you could take a cheaper approach and have someone look at your swing. Most imporantly thought, as iacas said, practice the short game to go along with your decision.
