I have been playing the Hogan "The Hawk" ball lately. Golfsmith had them on closeout recently for only $15/dozen for a 3 piece Urethane cover ball. Very good ball, can get good distance, spin and its durable.

I have been using a Never Compromise Voodoo Daddy that I bought on sale last year for $80. I really like it. The line on the back really seems to help me line up putts. I had been using and old Ping PAL 4, but the new putter seems much easier to line up and I like the heavy stable feel, especially on longer putts.
