  1. alright thanks! i'll try to do this as soon as i go back to the range
  2. so Golf season just ended but i've still been goin to the driving range weekly, and at the begining of the season i used to hit a perfect little draw right down the middle with all of my clubs, and now since the season ended, i've been hitting a fade with all of my clubs. Here is a video, but sorry for the low quality it was a cell phone. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M_DKNzFpj6k
  3. well i have already hit it, and i hit it straighter, and longer. but if i do not end up liking it after a couple of rounds, i can sell it and get as much as i could of for the two r7s
  4. So at my home courses Pro Shop there is a brand new Cobra X speed with Aldila 65s Proto By You shaft for 300 dollars, and the man working there said that he would take both of my r7s straight up. Now one is a 425 and the other is a 460, and the 425 is about a 7.5/10, and the 460 is about an 8, so do you think im getting ripped off, or its a good deal?
  5. Right now i have a TM r7 460 with the re*ax shaft, and i was wondering if i just ordered a proforce v2 shaft from golfsmiths website, and i get it in the mail can i just take it to golf galaxy and pay them to put it on, or do i have to go through some special process. Also, i was wondering if i could just put steel iron shafts in my hybrids. thanks -Chris
  6. So the other day i was at the putting green w/ my dad, and he said that my putting stance is very very bad. he said that im bent over alot, but it doesnt really seem like it. Now im about average height, im about 6 feet tall, and i use a 34 inch putter, is that way to small for a guy like me?
  7. thanks guys for real, i just needed some quick advice because i have a big tournament at Darby Creek in Columbus,Oh, then i have my GWOC conference tournament at Beechwood GC in Arcanum, OH, if you guys have ever heard of those places.
  8. Alright, heres the deal. A week ago i had golf tryouts, and i didnt do too bad, but i made 4th spot on varsity. Now, a week later, a couple days ago, i just couldnt hit a golf ball anymore. I can still chip, putt, and hit my woods and hybrids good, its just my irons i cannot hit. My stance and swing feel exactly the same, but i just can't determine what im doing wrong. When i swing my iron i just hit a low slice, like a really bad shank. When i used to be able to hit the ball good, the sound of the ball coming off the clubface would be dull, but now when i hit it bad its a loud click. Its doing this with all of my irons. Could i just be coming over the top now? And please respond as soon as you can, my season starts tomorrow and i have 2 big tournaments and a match.
  9. I'm pretty sure my buddy from the golf team is borrowing a new one from our coach. He seems to love it alot, and i have putted with it a couple of times, and it actually is a really nice putter.
  10. Hmm, well last year was my Freshman year of High School, and i was trying out for the golf team. So the first day of tryouts i had a brand new Callaway X 3 wood, i had never hit it in a real golfing atmosphere, cause i got it at Dick's the night before. So i go up there, its about a 290 yd Par4. I address the ball, swing, and i top the ball and hit it off the Heel of the heel, the ball hits me in the shin, and rolls about 10 yds to the ladies tees. Talk about embarrasing. The sad thing is that i did the same thing 2 days in a row.
  11. Jeez, how do you guys find so many golf balls? I mean i try to look for some all the time when im at the course, but the most ill find a day is like 4 or 5. But Anyways right now i have about 23 Laddie X's, about 2 Pro V1's, and about 3 Nikes.
  12. I'm pretty sure if your not someone that just goes out and plays, and you actually know a little about golf, you can probably tell the difference. Maybe not spin-wise, but definately how hard one ball is, and how soft the other is.
  13. First i used the Callaway Big Bertha Ti454, i pretty much loved this driver to death. I dont really know how to name the pros and cons, but one pro is that this driver could get some distance, and 1 con would be that mine coulda had a better shaft then the callaway one it came with. Next is the Taylormade r7 460, i pretty much love this driver right now, its the best driver i've ever hit in my life. Pros can be : Distance,Distance, and more Distance. Adjustable Weights. Cons could be : Adjusting weights can be a hassle sometimes, Feels a little uncomfortable behind the huge head, but you get used to that.
