not bad mate, as you say the vid quality isnt that good also you seem to have your weight on your back foot? after your drive, try hitting the ball and do a normal finish but stand on 1 leg only, your left leg, this is a great drill for transference of weight, its not my idea either, it was tom watsons and someone probably told him, ect. hope this helps 37 views of your swing and no comments that sucks. typing is like excercise to some people! okay im back and long story short i had to repaint the club, what do you think anyone who never saw it last time here are its previous 2 incarnations. HAGO alan UK sober. here it is now in the taylor made tour colours as suggested!

i used to play scratch golf and ive been out of the game for 15 years started playing again last year, anyway i have always had by bad shots sliding out to the right, the other day i realized i was actually hitting throught the ball to the right and then as i was reaching out that way consequetly the club face opened! okay that sounds simple so i decided to pick a spot a bit in front of me to push my club head toward on impact, this was abit hit and miss but it was better, i think it may have something to do with wearing glasses and not seeing too well periferly? anyway as i was saying it was better but then i thought i've lined the club face up to the target just hit through the path the club face is pointing, now i know this may sound crazy to some, but i'm nailing everything straight as a long straight thing! if somoene had told me this or i had figured this out years ago i might not have quit, i wanted to try tour golf, that was my dream, greg was my idol,but i figured i wasnt good enough and hit that bad shot every now and again, more again that anything i might have give it a go, and then realized i was no where near good enough anyway LOL. fundemental stuff, but oh so important. again cheers for the comments, and again the club is SOOO easy to line up! u line it up like every other club in your bag, with the face and then whale it! honest

remember when lining up your club you are at an angle to your driver also you are looking down on part of a sphere, in most casses, lines dont help, unless they've taken into acount the height of the tee, the angle at address and the sphere. thats a lot to ask. lining the face up works easy, trust me i tried it, i used to play scratch golf, not that that makes a diffrence. cheers again for the comments. keep em coming. alan uk sober!

hey if you looking for an awsome set of real clubs try some ebay second hand hogan apex PC's the PC is the important bit, when you hit these bad boys from the sweet spot you wont feel the ball, these are real clubs and i picked up a set for 32 pound in england on the evil bay, i couldnt believe it, hardly used these clubs used to be 500 pound! they are awsome clubs. or get some second hand mizuno TP's if you can hit these you can hit anything i have 9 through to 1 iron again these are beautiful! and you can pic them up for next to nothing on the bay cause most people just cant hit them, the hackers! hey forum guy! how about 2 minutes between login in already!

This is i think a world first? if you saw my previous thread then you know i took a taylor made r540 and repainted it and this is what i ended up with, people said how would you line it up? it easy you use the direction of the face to line up you club as always? anyway i wasnt to keen on the colours so i did it again and this is where the world first bit comes it? i have never seen anyone do anything like this before, ive seen swirled things but not like this if you have please post a picure and prove me wrong then i wont say it again as i dont like looking stupid in public, it happens ofter but as homer says "what r ya gonna do?" so i nitroed it and repainted it to look like this what do ya think? please let me know and if you think it suck feel free to say so cheers hago alan birmigham UK.

re question above wrong thred mate start a new one you'll get more help. one thing i will say, the taylor made tour truck came to the belfry a year ago and i've always had trouble with keeping my drives down and i had a go with everything they had and then i tried the stiffest graffaloy, sorry cant remember how its spelt ive been out of the game for a while, hence the 540 driver. anyway i tried this quad with a super stiff purple shaft and the ball started off at head cutting hight then at the end started gaining height, it was just like watching the tour guys hit, CAN YOU HEAR MY TRUMPET IN THE BACKGROUND!, seriuosly it was way too expensive for me the only way i was leaving with that club was me in a police car a lot of messed up range people and the club in an police evidence bag. my advice get yourself down the range and try every driver they have even if it takes you all day, if you spend 300 and then have the club a year whishing you spent 400, then you wont be a happy gofer. re my club i took it down the range and hit it i also asked some hackers to hit it and some good players and not one of them said that they had any problem lining the club up, besides you use the face of the club to line up the ball, not the paint job. now all i need is a new club and someone who plays on tour who want one, once its been on TV then you'll all want one. if tiger hits it then we'll really be talking. i need to do it orange black and white!!!!! anyone got tigers number? in fact i no someone who knows tiger, he went to his wedding, i'm on it. sandy lanes barbados here we come. does this post count as a novel? or a short story? what is it with this forum, 2 seconds after logging in and they want your password again? im sorry it took me over 3 years of testing to find out how to do it properly, and im still not there. i hoping to start a business doing these type finishes on diffrent items, everone is totally diffrent its the nature of the thing. again sorry if i seem weird but if youd invested 3 years trying to do something that no one was willing to explain to you, i think youd feel the same. hey if you want it done, i might be able to do it for u, depending on the reception. re: undoing bag straps. only when out on the course, there were never any paths at the belfry, back in the good old days, when it was fun up there. 1990 ish, id never do it on concrete!

any car paint will do, the paint isnt as important as the clear coat, it need to be real tuff as you can imagine. when i repaint it i will post pics of the process, bar a couple of trade secrets, but anyone can do it, its idiot proof.... i did it! yellow and black next time to match the shaft and i will also paint in the taylor made logo and the 9.5 in white and get it clear coated, u know i might do it today.... just nitromorse the paint off then sand it a bit with wet and dry, so your primer has something to hold onto then paint it, if i were u i'd do it gold then mask your name with tape, then spray it black take off the tape and then clear coat it with something clear and hard, something like two pack remember not to spray the face. have a good one.

i'm easy either way, but i used to love undoing the straps on my partners clubs and then telling him to floor it! priceless, how anyone can not p themselves when that happens. quality. i,ve been with people when they put buggys in the lakes, on the first at the belfry the guy driving put it pointing at the lake sitting on the left side of the green, he pushed the brake and heard it clip but it wasnt quite on enough! the rest of the round was postponed as we had to get the greeskeepers tractor and 2 other buggy to pull the thing out! he also had to get in to help push it out, so he got a bit wet.
