My last name is Cook and of course all my buddies call me Cooker

Hi guys just wondering how frequently do you guys change your spikes in your shoes. When you do change them do you change all of them at once or just the ones that are worn/broken? Also which brand do you prefer to use? Thanks

I agree with jcrew, definitely hit the club and see how you like it.

My guess would be to help protect them from the sun. Also to help keep the sun out of their eyes.
