  1. Bend those knees mate! And try not straightening your right leg at the top. Focus on keeping your right knee and thigh stable and turn your right hip. If your hip turns more, your shoulders will follow.
  2. Too far from the ball. Weight seems to be on your heels. If not the leg hip movement seem to be fine.
  3. Much too far from the ball. I could be mistaken but it seems like your weight is on your heels.
