  2. This. Super nice, tons of room, not clunky with an overabundance of pockets everywhere.
  3. AP1s are nice. Forgiving, but they don't look clunky at all. The are very solid irons. Probably best suited for a low-mid handicapper. I'd get fitted if possible, but they definitely are worth a long look.
  4. RBZ 3s are awesome off the tee, and not overly difficult off the deck. Titleist 910F as well.
  5. Depends if you feel that the clubs aren't responding to your swing or tendencies. For example, if you feel like can't draw ball as much as you know how to, a demo and fitting and might help you unlock some more of that potential.
  6. http://www.ping.com/clubs/drivers.aspx FWIW, Everyone I know that owns a G20 loves it... super light and long.
  7. The Titleist Players Glove is extremely durable and resistant to hardening... It's pricey but it stands the test of time, worth the investment IMO.
  8. For the 50-yd pitch, I like to cock wrists early with a short backswing and full follow thru... The key is acceleration... decelerating is almost always a bad idea for pitches. Good video.
  9. I like Puma shirts... especially @ Ross for $10 each. Puma shirts are the lightest I've tried, great for hot/sticky weather.
  10. Yes there is a DFS (fitting system) version available, along with the Standard edition. It's a very long driver, highly recommended.
  11. I like the Adams Speedline 9064LS. It's model year is 2010 and has some really strong reviews on the interwebs. You can find one for 100 shipped on Ebay easily...
  12. I have a fitting scheduled this week - the after talking to the pro I think we are going to test JPX800 Pros. We are also planning on hitting Ping i20s, Titleist AP1 712s, Callaway X-22s, and a few others.
  13. Thanks for the reply - I'm probably going to get fitted before I buy. I'm not really locked into any brands I'm just trying to collect some feedback, but I concur it will probably more clear after a test session.
  14. I'm a mid-handicapper that is currently using Titleist DCI Blacks (R shaft) manufactured around 1995. I hit the DCIs fairly well in the low irons, but I don't get great distance with the mid/long irons. They are in decent condition but I am wondering if I'm leaving some strokes out there. I have a swing speed about 105 MPH and have a natural draw. Is it worth it to invest in some new technology? Is iron fitting worth the small investment? I'm not looking at Super Game Improvement Irons, I don't feel as comfortable at address due to the high offset of most newer Super GI irons. I'm looking at Titleist AP1 712s, RBZ irons, and Callaway Forged Diablos if anyone has an experience with them. If anyone has other suggestions feel free to share. Thanks in advance for the thoughts!
