  1. I really appreciate your thoughts guys, please keep em coming! I am one confused person! My buddy wants to trade me his titleist 909 d comp for my V2 because they are both in new condition however, I do not know which is really the better driver?. After reading all of the reviews I actually think that the PING might be slightly ahead. So, I guess I should stay with what I have and, try to fix it! ????? So, the fact that I am using an R flex as I always have is not the cause right?
  2. I am not sure what I am doing. as I said the ping was hooking to the left and, yes it is a tad longer of a shaft however, I used to smash my burner 2009 with a longer shaft than the ping so, I am baffled!?
  3. Could I please have some feedback / input on a problem that I am having? I have a Callaway Tour diablo 9.5* "rare" with the voodoo shaft r flex and, also the PING Rapture driver 10.5* R flex with the Mitsubishi BB. I am at the upper end of swing speed for r flex and, I do not kow if my problem is caused by the shaft in the ping or, the fact that I just am doing something wrong? Here is the problem: is the r flex the issue or my hands? I went to tee off this weekend and, I kept hitting hooks to the left approx 90% of the time. They really did not go more than 200 yards and they where way way left. Could it be the length of the shaft in the ping? I ask because, I was hitting the Diablo tour just fine. Also, I had a burner 2009 driver that I hit perfectly well and, it had a long shaft. What are the causes and, what can I do to correct the visious snap hooks to the left? Please advise. Thanks!

  5. Hello Everyone, I am posting this because, I have a set of Titleist 755’s with S flex Tri Spec Steel shafts that I would like to trade for a different set of irons. They are in very good condition with minimal wear. 8.5 out of 10. I have only had them for 4 months. I can provide the serial numbers and any information requested. Please email your trade thoughts to me at scott.colton@gmail.com
  6. Well, my Fiancee surprised me with a Mixed set of TM R7's & R7 TP's for Xmas 3,4,5, R7 R Flex TT GS75 Shafts "Hard Stepped" and, 6,7,8,9,P are the TP model with The same hard stepped TT GS75 shafts "Hard Stepped" I was fitted by a local pro who owns a shop near my house. He is not just an owne though he also was on tour in the 80's and still is sponsored by Mizuno. So, when he told me that I was hitting the R7's better than the Mizuno's I believed him. he has helped me with my swing for free several times in is shop on the monitor. I was having a hel of a time trying to decide between the MP57's TM R& & R7 TP and, The Srixon I-701's. Update, I am glad that I did get the TM's the ball flight is great and, they are easy to hit! Also, I have a used set of Titleist 755's with S flex Tri Spec Shaft. I want to trade with someone or sell them any ideas where the best place or site to do this is?

  8. I own several tour edge exotics hybrids a cb2 and an iron wood. I find them to be a true hybrid instead of a hybrid that looks ans acts like a wood! The Mizuno mp fli hi hybrid iron is also very very nice and relatively cheap!
  9. Thank you very much!
  10. Hello Again guys my name is HM3 Colton, Scott, B (USN). I am a disabled veteran here in Saint Petersburg Florida. I spent four years in the Army and two in the Navy. I have started a program for deployed troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, and also, for a wide range of disabled veterans here locally. There injuries consist of everything from amputations, Traumatic brain injuries, partial blindness, burns, Etc. As a fellow soldier in needed to find a way to give them something to do that they would enjoy and, found that golf was really perfect for this "even for those who where not golfers already". I personally fell in love with the game of golf about, a year ago. Since I have started the program " Sgt. Golf" which stands for " Soldiers Getting Together, Golfing with, One another Laughing and, having Fun. I have really had a huge response from Active Duty Troops, Hospitalized troops, and, recently discharged Veterans from Iraq, Afghanistan, and other deployments. In fact, I have so many requests for golf clubs, equipment, and balls that, my current resources can not keep up with the demand. I do not have much at all to give. I have purchased allot of the equipment myself to use for my local programs and, to ship to the troops overseas. I am working with several people from the soldier's wish list and, from other amazing organizations both locally and, abroad. I have a brother who is on his second deployment in Iraq and, his unit is just one of the units that I need to continue to help. I still have many troops, and units that are requesting equipment, balls, Etc. As, I said I have such a big list of requests and needs, I even have companies that are willing to help me ship the equipment however, that does little good without the golf equipment. If there is anything you can do or, if you could steer me in the proper direction, I would really appreciate it. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Our website is in the process of being updated and modernized but, it does function. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me personally. Thanks again and, god bless, HM3 Colton, Scott, B. 330 38th aver N.E. Saint Petersburg Fl, 33704 727-688-1422 scott.colton@gmail.com www.sgtgolf.org
  11. Hi Guys, I am new to this group and I would really appreciate feedback to my problem. Ok, here I go. I have been looking for a new set of irons for several months and, since X-mas is fat approaching I figure it is a great time to have my Fiancee get them for me. She has already agreed to do so and she is awaiting my final decesion and specs. I have tried a multitude of clubs from Adams to Yonex and, everything in between. I started golfing a year ago and, i have progressed rapidly from being a gross player hacking up the course to blasting the pants off of people I am playing with who have been playing for years. I currently own a set of Callaway 2006 Big Bertha's and, they are so big and ugly that I find it hard to even look at them anymore. I also own a set of Mizzy MP-30's that I got from a neighbor and had them bent 2* up. After playing with them, I cant seem to play correctly with the Big berthas anymore is that normal? Anyway, I have been fit fo MP-57's and seversl other brands including the Ping I10's "Green". The one thing I can not figure out is should I really be 2* upright or should I be flat considering i am only 5'7" with 32" arm distance. I do have a very upright steep swing. Also, I have a problem getting the ball to the height I like it to be. I have been hitting them too low and then the ball will roll forever. I want more height on the ball. I had an injury in the military and it does have an effect on my swing speed. I swing about 80- 82 MPH. So, R flex. I have recently tried the Ping G 10, Srixon I-701, TM R7, and honestly I think that the TM R7 R flex steel T step 90 shaft has been the easiest club to hit with a good flight and, solid everything. I would like a second opinion though. Even though you guys can't see my swing Etc... I am sure that some good advice will come. i did like the Srixon but, it had a 6.0 Project X shaft "quite stiff" As, i said I want a good club that does not look like a garden tool "Big Bertha,TM Burner XD, Etc.." I like a thinner top line and something that looks good at address. Thanks in advance. -A desperate golfr **update*** Please give me some feedback on the I-701's because, I was hitting them really well today. I was also demoing a mixed set of Ping G10, I10 and Raptures. I liked them all. I liked the look of the i 10 the best but I hit the g10 much better, further, than I did the I10. I liked the rapture however it is just too big looking and is just overall not for me. I just want to see what the general thought is between Srixon I-701 or Ping G10's ??
