  1. I believe range trips should be fun, and lets face it, if your not very good at a particular shot, your not going to have much fun hitting it on the range When on the range i use 80% of the bucket for working on my weaknesses(wedges) and the other 20% on what i like to do(Blasting long draws with the driver) to keep the range trip fun and not get bored. Chipping and putting i almost always bring someone along to compete with. I also find that putting some money on putting games puts you under pressure and helps you cope with pressure on the course, this also keeps the practice entertaining and lets you practice longer without getting bored or uninterested with it YMMV
  2. steep decending blow...ball first divot second...basically this gets teh ball to "run" up the face of the club utilizing the entrie face and not just bouncing off the club Maybe the greens around me are softer/more receptive but i get tons of spin and i dont use any of the "premium balls"...just regular old top flight d2 or nike juice balls will spin back a few feet with even a well struck 7 iron for me. As said above though, i would rather havea ball that drops and stops than have one come ripping back its very hard to control where it ends up.

  4. I think yall are giving golfing a complex...of course golfing has given me a few complexes as well. Either way...Golf = verb in my mind, its something you do its not a thing
  5. Since we are snowed under at the moment, and i am new, i will add my from last season. Not a great golf shot, but definatly once in a lifetime(i hope) this Tee box is very tight with old oak trees, i took a horrible swing and hit my driver off the toe and it went straight into one of the trees to the right of the teebox, bounced over the teebox hit another tree and ended up rolling into the small divot from the awfull swing i made with my driver on the teebox.
