How often do you replace your glove?

Where do you get these velcro strips? I've seen many guys at my club doing the same. -
Started playing with no glove, what are the best grips for tackiness without a glove? I play in a humid climate during summer days.

New here, 24 years old from central Ohio. Have played golf maybe 2 or 3 times a year until this year when I joined a club for a golf only junior membership. Have logged 48 rounds so far this year. Started as a 24 handicap and as of the GHIN update today, I am a 15.7. Want to be a scratch golfer eventually, but i just started my career so we'll see how much more i can play now...
