  1. Oh wow i like these you can make your own designes?
  2. My course has a ton of demo clubs and you can play a round with it all you have to do is leave a i.d card. I would look for something like that its a great way to demo it out in different real world situations.
  3. Maybe not 40 yards but the higher ball flight helped alot I would say 20 yards. I really liked the higher ball flight
  4. Im not a expert by any means what so ever. I just know what happend to me and how going to a softer steel shaft really helped alot. If you feel comfortable with what you have and are consistant than you cant fix whats not broken. I always blam my equipment when i know i shouldnt so im always swapping, changing and tweaking so i have no excuses. But thats what i like to do im a tinkerer.
  5. NO no way i feel steel is alot more consistant thats why i keep the gs95 they are the feel of graphite but consistancy of steel. I prefer steel i feel i can get better stiking with them but that could just be in my head 95 is a fast swing thats nothing to be messed with.
  6. Ha Ha isnt that true. Ive never heard that but im gonna use that at somepoint in a conversation. Edwin watts is like the devil for me my wife trys not to let me go when i visit florida.
  7. Right im a fast player and it seems taht he just gets up and cracks one. His putting stroke is a little different. It just seems like he a simple guys i think if i could meet a guy on tour it would him or davis love the iii. Yea but his putter looks beat to shit too i like that.
  8. Lol thats funny i have dropped so much money trying it at a store and cant hit the thing to save my life out on the course. This is just proof that getting fit is the best. i love my metal x alot more than my old yes putter but different strokes for diffent folks.
  9. Ive heard good things about those shafts. I saw the other day the witb of brant snedeker that motivates me not to buy clubs. I dont wanna be a pro but its nice seeing one who just stick with what works. Story of my golf buy something and it doesnt work as good as your last.
  10. Nice hey if you hungry you gotta eat lol I will go to somewhere and fall in love with a driver and gotta have it but im trying to stop that you cant get better if your always changing it up. Thank god i dont live in orlando anymore i would have been broke after the pga show.
  11. Boy inst that true i swear they have liittle channels under the greens of shops so you hole everyone.
  12. What kind of clubs are they ?
  13. Agree on the above statement if you havent gotten fit i would look at another shaft. That shaft i posted is a great stiff shaft that is softer i had the exact same problem and my driver ss is around 108
  14. No only if you have the moola and if you can try and get shaft fit but what i found was i went to a different shaft by true temper and it was right between traditional stiff and regular but its says its a stiff shaft. Check out true temper gs 95 in stiff (s300) or maybe even the true temper dynalite stiff (s300). I found the gs95 to be perfect for me its a easy to swing shaft that is a softer than a traditional stiff. I only support switching shafts if you have the money golf is already expensive enough. Check out these gs95 shafts you seem to have a very similar situation to me. the stiff will play great with a high ball fligh which i prefer http://www.truetemper.com/golf/product_info.php?cPath=1&products;_id=41
  15. nxt tour s or the b330-rx or rxs im going to be checking out the b330 heavily because i am in the exact same boat you are i played the q star and now the e6 they both have been problimatic on chips and approach shots but i love how straight they are off the tee. im going to be testing the nxt tour s, b330 -rx and the nike vapor speed hope this helps
  16. look how much distance there is between the r7 logo and taylormade it looks a little sloppy and crooked but it might just be my eye. I call a fake the details arent clean
  17. When i went from a blad to a mallet i made sure the length was appropriate i was putting a 32.5 and went to a 35 i like haveing a upright stance alot more. So make sure its the right lenght for sure less back pain too with a longer putter.More time practicing.
  18. Right i saw those its like haveing a smith and wesson as your putter. I got to say those putters are sharp but i would be way to scared to use it great man cave peice if you got the moola.
  19. I like those faldo black irons they look very sharp
  20. I wish i could play those mp 69s they are so classy looking. You cant wear jeans and drink beer with those lol I would any way. What is this hot metal all about? That driver does look like the burner I am glad they arent making white clubs.
  21. Ordered some custom grind 8620 in a 56 abd 58 degrees all came out to 212.30 with some upgraded crosslines. They will do any grind and a number of options at no cost to you. Top of the line company ill update everyone.
  22. If you want a harder insert check out the metal x series thats what i have and its got a great harder feel with a nice click when you make contact. Its all about the click. i would put it between the white ice insert and the pro series with the milled face i love it i have the 2 ball. But what i like and what you like is alot different. THese fellas above me use the see more putters. If i had the jack and was in the market for a new putter i would be looking at the metal x or one of these see more putters. I really like how they have there alignment tools on the seemore and the center shafted putters they have alot of. I went from a blade to a mallet and i really like it. these two above me helped me with my new wedges so they are the guys to talk too about putters.
  23. I was in the exact same situation you where in i moved from regular to stiff. I had a hard time with them so i switched to a softer shaft. I went from a dynamic gold s300 to the true temper gs95 s300 way different. this is a higher launching shaft with a softer tip. this helped me alot and fit right where i needed it. Hope this helps.
