Giuseppe, Been married to that girl for 24 years and she is certainly a keeper! As far as my swing goes, the first thing I saw was all that movement. I think part of it may be caused by being bent over so much. Gonna take that thought to the range. That and I will concentrate on turning my shoulders while keeping a steady head. I could swear my swing was prettier than this. I thought I was doing well, as my scores have been improving. And then I watched the videos of my swing and about threw up! It is no wonder my distance has been suffering and I had no consistency. So, go ahead, tear it apart and help me fix it. I do better (As most do I believe) working only on a couple things at a time. So, what should I start with? Thanks in advance for all the pain you will cause me!

I love playing alone. It is good therapy for me, and cheaper than a shrink! I would say I play alone 90% of the time. I do enjoy playing with others the times I get to, just does not happen often.

Went to Edwin Watts and got my irons flattened by 2*. Does that count?

Just stopped at Academy sports and found four boxes of Bridgestone E5 balls for $4.99 apiece. Score! I normally play V.26. Hopefully I will like these just as much, but I could not pass them up for the price.

Played in the worst weather conditions I have played in all year. I am a fair weather golfer, well, just don't like the rain. I booked a tee time on golf now and would not have gotten my money back if I had decided not to go, so, I went ahead and played. Ended up being the best round of the yea so far. Not sure if it was the rain making me concentrate better, the new driver, or me getting used to my new irons... Maybe a combo of all three! I can see breaking 80 for the first time since I started playing again after a three year break! Whew hoo! Really nice to end with a birdie too! Eased a couple of strokes, but overall very pleased with this rain soaked round!

I just got a set of Mizuno JPX 825's and it came with a gap wedge. I have a set of Cleveland wedges, so I am debating which Gap wedge I will use. Just curious what everyone else does... Do you use the Gap that matches your irons or your wedges?

And yes, my 8-iron is missing. Being reshafted because it arrived with a bent shaft.

Do you both use that setup on your push cart? Here is a pic of mine on my cart. Still not satisfied with the setup, but it may be as good as I get.

Got my self a new-to-me Titleist 910D2 with Diaman Kai'Li Stiff shaft on eBay. A friend of mine has one and I was able to takeit for s test-drive and hit it pretty well. Love that shaft! Should have the club tomorrow in time to play with it!

I love this bag, but I rarely ride in a cart as I like to walk and use a push cart. The bag is great for riding, but I have not yet figured out how to configure it for convenient push cart use. If you are using the C130 and use a push cart, how do you arrange your clubs?

I do like the tour wraps. Always wanted to try the pure and I can get them a bit cheaper. I do like the softness of the tour wraps.

Needing to put grips on my new 825's. I play the Golf Pride Tour Wrap right now. How does the Pure P2 compare to it? Anyone use both that can comment? Thanks!

Does this shaft play true to flex? I hit one in a stiff today and I really liked it, but I have never really been a stiff flex player. I was just fitted for some new Mizuno 825 irons with the Dynalite R300 shafts. I won't have opportunity to hit the regular of this club until I would actually purchase it online. I don't want to get the stiff and give up distance that a regular shaft might give... I just sold a Cobra Amp Cell in the stock regular flex because it was way to "whippy." Don't want to do that again. So, true to flex or not? Thanks!

86 today on my home course. First round with my new Mizuno 825's! Distances need sorted out, but today was not a day that was going to happen as my swing just never felt right. Had some great shots with the new clubs, and they are going to be great in my bag! The round was not great though. Three 3 putts (I hardly ever 3-putt), four doubles and an OB. Nearly 100 out today! It was a HOT one!

Thanks! I will check those grips out after I play a time or two with what comes on them. I got the irons on eBay. They are in near mint condition, but come with grips that have the word "DEMO" on them, so was probably going to replace them anyways... :)

I ended up ordering the Mizuno JPX 825 with the Dynalite XP shafts. Can't wait to get them and play. First set of Mizunos for me.

Bought a couple Tour Wrap grips and a Callaway Razr x 3h (Sold my Razr X set, but loved the 3 and 4 h clubs, so I was glad to find this for $40) Also ordered a set of Mizuno JPX 825s. Can't wait to get those and play!

Other recommendations were the KBS tour and Project x 5.5 I believe. It did not recommend a light weight shaft, I was just considering the option due to the way my hands feel at the end of a round. I had switched to graphite shafted Rzr X irons for the last month, though I liked how my hands felt at the end of a round, I could not get used to the graphite. I may find the same with the NS pro, but it is heavier than the graphite was. I am not even sure the lightweight shafts would help or be of any benefit to my hands at all since it is still a steel shaft.

Spent a bulk of my day hitting irons at GG and EW. I believe I have settled on the iron I want, and the Mizuno Shaft Optimizer selected the TT Dynalite XP R300 for me. I can get that shaft in either iron I am looking at - the Mizuno 800 or 825. I can also get the clubs in a Nippon NS Pro 950 GH shaft. I was NOT able to hit that shaft today, but I am wondering if it would be worth the extra cost for it. I was looking for a lightweight option, but am not sure how those two shafts compare. Thoughts? Thanks!

I am using tape, but not under that part. It is at the very end of the grip.

Changed a grip on my sand wedge yesterday and the bottom 2 inches of the grip still move a bit. Anything I can do to make it set? Would squirting a bit of solvent under it do the trick?
