Where do I go to get fitted and how much does it cost.

I'm pretty tall. I'm 6'4. I want to buy a set of clubs. Do I need a special set of long clubs or will a normal set do.

I've played baseball since I was 3 years old. I'm 18 now and because of an arm injury done playing baseball for good. I want to start playing golf this summer. A friend of mine told me that becasue I played baseball so long it ruined any chance of me having a good golf swing. I think my friend is an idiot and think what he says makes no sense. Because all of you guys know way more than I do, do you see any connection between a baseball swing and golf swing, cause I don't?
