  1. 588 DSG wedges. I like having the 3, really opens up options inside 100 yards. If the pin is tucked up tight against a bunker or the front of the green I really like the 60 degree
  2. Have you tried a heavy putter from Boccieri golf? At least demo one before you lay down 200+
  3. black pearl blade style. 6.0 shafts, cut 1/2 longer
  4. Yeah, thought it sounded fishy. Thanks for the info.
  5. Does anyone use a specific ball just for putting? Got some advice to keep one in my pocket just for putting. Just wondering if there is an advantage, not too concerned with "lucky balls" or anything, but this guy swore Strata was the only ball to putt with. What do you guys think?
  6. Adams Gt tight lies
  7. I see people wearing jeans and untucked shirts comming out of churches all the time. Its golf.... so... when in Rome...just wear what everyone else is wearing
  8. I play titleist prov1 or nike 1 plat. But listen. To get the most out of your ball you can't just play what other people are playing, or even more expensive, name brand balls. Go to golfballselector.com or Google "golf ball fit test" it cost me ten bucks to go through a leangthy, 20 min, questionarie, but it will match your swing\prefferences to a list of balls and rate them 1-100 or so. Your handicap index is low enough your prolly gonna see some good results. b4 I did it I was shooting Nike ignites.... Ladies srixons were a better fit for me. Ladies. As in a GIRLs ball! Don't be suprised if they tell you to use a 2 piece, mid range ball. Wilson Zips, 16-18$ a dozen, rated #4 for my fit test, above alota "better" (more expensive) balls out there. Spend the $9.95... Well worth the money.
  9. I shoot a Heavy Putter A2-M. I like being able to change the weights in the head to match green conditions, fast\slow. Its been kinda wet around here lately, so I have the heavy weights in for now. Definately a different feeling, big and bad. Chased the odys. white hot 2 ball right outa my bag:) Twas love at first putt.
  10. The driver in my bag most often is a 7 degree, 460cc Ping G2. Stiff flex and low torque shaft, which is kind of a must have with a 7 degree loft. She still has a gentle fade to her, but I love the low, penetrating ball flight. Knocks 'em round 280 consistently with lots 'o roll. edit: 7 degree isn't for everybody. Less loft means less backspin to fight against side spin... so more prone to slice\hook. You also gotta swing it. I mean swing it. Like a cave-man. But whats more fun than that?
