  1. Well, coming from a place that has long winters I have my little setup in the garage so I can get some practice in during those long 7 months or so. I first tried to use a blanket but soon found them tearing up and falling down, making it hard to focus on my practice. I then bought a $ 30 net that was fairly good for a few months - until I made a hole using my driver. I finally went out and bought a strong net for about $ 150 (2 years now) which I found great. The net is great and the money well spend! I think this site does a decent job ( http://golfnets.org ) and Amazon has some great filters to find cheap well reviewed nets aswell. If you have figured out a good way to make the cheap blanked method work please share :D but if you are going to practice allot I guess buying quality will only help you improve. Tryggvi
  2. I am new to this forum but after reading this thread I decided to signe up to Evolvr and submit my swing. Two days later I am still waiting for my analysis trying to be patient :D I have been playing for about 15 months and seen my handicap drop from 35 to 19.7 in the last couple of months after reading Swing Like a Pro and Ben Hogan’s 5 principle... I then took a couple of lessons that contradicted most things though in those two books and most of what I read on this forum. Those "pro" tips really messed up my swing and had put some doubts into my head. So I am really hoping that I will be able to get some consistent information about the swing from Evolvr because I really think the quality of information from some teachers out there is severely lacking. Anyway, going into a long 5-6 month offseason here in Iceland so I think I will use Evolvr (if I like it) to really build a solid swing before the season starts again. Tryggvi
