  1. Well probably nine years of playing on and off. Shot a 97 two weeks ago and broke 100 for the first time. Shot a 54 on the Front and a 43 on the back. I was so suprised I didn't choke hehe.
  2. Went out and played on saturday and on the second hole I took a swing and hit the ball and my driver shaft broke at the hozel. Luckily there was water 50 yards in front of the tee box so my driver head is in the lake. It was a Ping G10 reg flex and I was just learning how to hit it well... Good thing I only paid 100$ for it. So my question is, for my next driver (also trying to stay somewhat cheap) should I get a steel shaft or something so this does not happen again? Thanks.
  3. This has helped me understand my swing a lot. I know I have a outside in swing, but I almost never pulled it with my old irons (MacGregor JNP Cavity back perimeter weighted) I hit a fade or slice. I think this is because the irons are so forgiving? I'm not sure... With my new irons (R7 Draw) I was pulling the ball with a draw spin. I am not slicing at all. I have been able fix that now with a more square swing. I think. Does this sound right?
  4. I just played my first par 3 course yesterday and was very suprised on how much my short game
  5. I have been playing golf for 10 or so years on and off. Just getting serious within the past couple summers. Have yet to break 100 but I am very close! (I've shot 103 twice this summer). Hoping to break it very soon.
