I've heard from many people that resharpening tools don't work very well at all. I don't know form personal experience, but heck for 5 bucks i'd give it a try.

I'm an 18 year old graduated senior who is just getting into golf. I am just starting to buy my own clubs, Starting with a set of cleveland black pearl irons. I am left handed which means I haven't found a place to buy cheap left-handed clubs in town, so I have resorted to the internet. I will be going to Ball State in the fall and couldn't be more excited to start living on my own and going to college.

That is funny because I am just the opposite. I barely ever spend my money and buying golf equipment is killing me. I've worked two years at k-mart on top of sports(which means I didn't work during the week or saturdays during the season) and i have 2000 in the bank after a car and paintball. I am trying to make my first purchase, a set of cleveland black pearl irons, for 250. Now all i can think about is that I still need wedges, driver, putter, and bag. Plus i'm left handed so its hard to find used left handed equipment.

My first time ever playing golf on a couse we went out on a weekday with a few buddies of mine (high school golf team members), and it was my worst experience golfing ever. We went fine for the first five holes only letting a local pro go past us because he obviously played much faster than we did. On the sixth whole we got jammed up by a group of about six older gents so we had to wait a while(which is fine) for them to play through. Behind us comes a group of two older gentleman who expect us to let them through even though we are waiting beind this large group. We politely declined because these guys weren't going any faster than us. Next thing we know the owner comes up on his golf cart and begins a barrage of insults as well as threatening to kick us off the course. I remind you that we neither were rude nor held up anyone else's golf, and this owner comes up and threatens to kick us of his course because we got stuck behind a group who played slow and refused to let us by. Needless to say I got a little huffed at the end and said if you really want to make a big deal about this give me my 20 dollars back and i'll never bother you again sir. He said he doesn't do refunds and just to hurry the *explecitive* off of his course. This experience nearly ruined the sport of golf for me.

No more going 15 miles out of the way to pick up my friends without cars. When my friends and I travel to the city we each pay up five dollars to the driver. (about 35 minutes to a good bigger city) No more cruising aimlessly when we are bored. No more driving without purpose basically.

I just graduated from Mississinewa High School in Indiana and i'm headed to Ball State in the fall. I'll either major in nursing and minor in business or major in business. I'm unsure which way I will go for now. Zack
