well, just think if you can drop another 30 in the next year, you'll get a big magazine article written about you too. Apparently Golf Digest is going to write about this guy soon.

I'm wondering if anyone else but me saw this headline from the UK magazine called "Today's Golfer" Drop 33 shots in a year! I can't find it online unfortunately, and I'm in Canada so I haven't been able to find the magazine on the local stands. If it is true it certainly gives me hope :) Apparently it is not a gimmick, he just practiced like a fiend, hitting hundreds of thousands of balls and read a lot of golf theory.

as an interesting tangent to this drill, I have been trying the "putting with eyes" closed drill while practicing. Hit 3 putts normally, then hit 3 more with eyes closed. If they aren't consistant with the first three, then more work is required on putting swing mechanics. I think this drill really reveals a lot, about a consistant stroke.

I just got a pair of Hi-Tec CDT Super Power Classic shoes at the start of the year. I like them a lot, comfortable and lots of support, and I think they look cool. All black...no more white shoes with a brown strip for me. :)
