It is all about finding someone you can click with and learn from. Don't feel bad about switching instructors until you find someone who fits your style.

If you can get down to Easton, MA you should check out Joe and Leigh's Performance Center. I have worked with Darren and know a few of the guys there, can't go wrong with any of them. I would give them a call and try someone out.

These charts will give you a starting point but I suggest testing them out on a launch monitor before making a purchase.
