  1. I know it's his home course, But a worse ball score of 66 is pretty hard to do if you are off your game. Like most are saying , unless he is injured he's playing. If he comes out and says he's healthy but isn't confident to Play, he's done
  2. Would he really show up and Augusta still not knowing if he will play? I just can't imagine he would. Unless something crazy happens he's playing. Time is running out for Tiger, if he's healthy he's Teeing it up.
  3. I will admit, with TW I will watch every hole on tv. Without him. I probably won't watch until the leaders tee off on Sunday. Say what you want, it's all about Tiger.
  4. Agreed, Tiger doesn't need to laugh with other players. He needs to tell them to get the F out of the way, this is my house. And have the look that says " you know you guys are playing for 2nd place".
  5. If he had better then 50-1 odds ,I would be all over it. I read a interesting article about the gambling side of it. Tiger really should be 250-1. They figure at 50-1 the odds arent good enough for a lot of interest. At 250-1 a golfer might get a few bets, but enough to hurt the casino if they win. But at 250-1 a lot of money would come in on TW, and if he wins the casinos are screwed. So that is why it wont go higher than 50-1
  6. Yes I am a huge Tiger fan. But I really expect him to play well at the Masters. He knows that course as good as anyone. I am not saying he will win. But he will be in contention come Sunday afternoon.
  7. You may of heard of Him. His name is Tim Rosaforte from the golf channel . As reputable ad it gets.
  8. The rumor is Tiger has been playing "great". And he has his "edge" back. Sounds like game on ,next stop Augusta!
  9. That's what I would think if he is healthy he's playing. Notah Begay sounded like he is fine, except for mentally. And he also said 50-50 TW plays. Which means its higher. Tiger probably said I'm leaning towards playing, but I don't want it known yet. So he probably told Notah to say 50-50. Bottom line if he's healthy and admits he is not playing just because he is not ready mentally, that would be beyond disappointing.
  10. Well, it's almost that time. what does everyone think, will TW be at the first hole at Augusta? I still think if he has healthy he has to play. I don't care if he can't break 100.
  11. Not true at all what you said. I have heard Notah multiple times the last couple of years on the golf channel , tell it like it is about Tiger when he isn't playing well. Of course he will always defend him. But he had definitely said tigers faults when things have gone bad.
  12. I'll obviously watch the Masters without TW. But let's be honest a Major without Tiger just isn't the same.
  13. Anthony kim had a very severe injury, so that doesn't count. He also collects an insurance policy. Which is voided if takes one more professional swing. Duval had personal issues. And neither one of them were even in the same stratosphere as TW, yes I know Duval was #1. As far as Notah speaking for Tiger, since when does Tiger make his thoughts public? Is it possible he lost his passion, unfair question. That's becaus no one ever was competitive as TW. Here is the bottom line Imo, when Tiger is at his best even now, everyone else is playing for second place, end of story. The big question, can tiger become Tiger again?
  14. Another thing I think that is being over looked, is that if he still the same competitive Tiger, he is seeing that everyone is writing him off at Augusta. And after watching him for the last 20 yrs, that's a HUGE mistake. He might say he doesn't care what is being said about him, which is everyone destroying him. and if he still has that fire, which the only other athlete I ever saw have was MJ,look out. He will do everything he can do to shut everyone up.
  15. On that note, if he is healthy and doesn't play the Masters, I will have very serious concern. That tells me he has lost his passion. If he is healthy and can't break 90, He absolutely has to be in Augusta. He is Tiger Woods, and if he is teeing it up in Augusta he has a chance to be on the front page on Sunday afternoon.
  16. There a couple reasons why I think Tiger shoWS up at Augusta. #1 he does anything possible to show up at majors. Look at obviously 2008 or even last yr. #2 unlike other majors the Masters is always at the same course. No one know this course like Tiger, he knows every blade of grass there. Look at 2010, after taking time off after the scandal, on Sunday he was in contention on the back 9, after not playing for months. This is a different Tiger yes, or is it?
