I was talking to a fellow golfer at work and i was telling him how the most frustrating thing to me on the course is when i hit a good tee shot and still have a hard time finding it. I think that my problem is that I have a hard time judging distance. Am i the only one who has this problem?

Well it will be mt first full season. i want consistently break 100 and a more lofty goal is maybe break 90

Here is something different. My girlfriend got me into golf!! This summer she worked as a beercart girl at a local course and she really wanted to actually try the game. I was very hesitant at the start because i was one of those guys who thought golf was to boring. Well after some serious harping from the gf we decided to try this summer. All it took was one time and i fell in love with the game. As for her, well she hates it. But its funny how things work because if it wasnt for her i would have never got into this great game.

So after yesterdays 60 degree weather most of the snow melted. Today it is a baumy 40 degrees so i decided to go to my local golf course and try out my new toys that i got for x-mas. I had the whole course to myself which allowed me to really practice which was great. Who cares if the ground was frozen in the shade or the fact that greens felt like hardwood floors. I still had a blast!!!

Well i just started playing golf in July and became addicted. My GF got me a set of Adams ovation irons which are a big step up from my cheap acuity irons. My mom got me a 3 wheel psuh cart becuase i like to walk but hate carrying my bag. Unfortunatly we have about 5in of snow and alot if ice in NE PA. Its killing me that i cant go play!!

sounds just like me! I started in july as well and became obsessed. I am also getting a bunch of studd for x-mas. My problem is that I live in northeast PA and we have a out 6in of snow and i know i wont be able to use my new toys for awhile!!

Hello all, This is my first post, but anyways I teach 10th grade U.S. history. Just started playing golf this past summer. I am now hooked.
