I am normally a Taylormade fan. I have Jetspeed Driver and Woods, RSi Irons and Daddy Long Legs putter.
So this late April I bought the Taylormade Driver and 3 Wood. All going well to start.
In June I noticed the 3 wood face started to rust on the inset of the face, also then the weight in my Driver came loose making the Driver unusable.
I rang Tailor-made and they said everything would be OK and to call to my local dealer…
So into the our local pro and he shipped them off immediately.
That was late June, it is now Sept 20th and I have still to get my clubs.
They first stated that my new 3 wood is OK and this is only an aesthetic issue and the rust on the face doesn’t effect performance. My pro freely agreed it would heavily affect its resale value. The 3 wood was new less than 8 weeks earlier.
Talyormade has this club longer than I have had it and I bought new.
The Driver they have given multiple answers on… From willing to replace to will be fixed…
Either way Taylormade has had both these clubs for the best part summer and I am hoping to get issue solved soon. I know other people had great experiences with their Customer Service but I feel very let down...
