  1. Maybe but probable not. Our school practices at a local country club so im guessing it will be there
  2. Im not sure. Many of the players on the team are seniors so they will graduate. But I know one of the freshman will consistantly shoot low 70's. I think in order for me to have a chance I will need to shoot upper 70's- low 80's
  3. This is the same for my high school. Our golf team won the state championship in 2003, 2004, 2005 and was runner up in 2006. But our team is losing a lot of seniors so there will be open spots and hopefully i can one

  7. Thanks for the advice. I agree that practice is important. And I definately need to work on my putting. I have been thinking about reading Stan Utley's "The Art of Putting" to help me get rid of those three putts.
  8. Wow thanks! This was really helpful. I need to put the effort into it so I can make sure I have a spot on the team. Are you currently on your high school team?
  9. I'm getting a membership to my local golf course in order to prepare for my high school golf team tryouts in August. Should I play a round of golf every day after school? Or go to the driving range instead? Will playing a round of golf everyday help me become a better player?
  10. I hope he can pull out a victory today
  11. I picked UNC, Louisville, Memphis, and Pittsburgh. I have UNC winning it all even though I hate them. It was a disappointing day for Virginia Tech yesterday
