  1. haha yea i have been trying to find this "stripper lotion" everywhere but with no luck, does anyone happen to know where i can get them? or is it pretty much an online only deal. thanks!
  2. i have the same problem with sweaty palms and did some research and found this. http://www.dryhands.com/ i wonder if anybody on here has tried the product or anything similar, please let us know. thanks!
  3. I want to take some lessons but i am looking at two programs that is being offered at the local golf course. they are the Tee it up program and the flex program. has anybody tried these programs and which one would you recommend? please click on the link to see the program details. thanks you very much. http://www.americangolf.com/instruct...cfm?courseid=2
  4. ok guys, i took another video tonight when i went to the range. instead of lifting my club to start my back swing, i am now trying to rotate my shoulder and hips to the right to start the back swing. should i rotate my left shoulder down and to the right so it is pointing at the ball? also i have been trying to rotate my hips first at the down swing and then bring the right elbow back to the body. and i read somewhere my first movie should be tilting my right shoulder down and thrust my left shoulder up at the same time. so i am a little bit confused on the down swing sequence. i hope i have improved from the previous videos. please let me know. thanks guys! ehh i guess i love gray shirts.
  5. alright guys, i went to the range tonight and did the glove under the arm pit grill for a while. still skulling but not as much. i noticed from the video that i am still lifting, but could it be because my chin is too close to my chest? i am wearing my glasses and it's hard to see the ball unless i look down. i tried to do more hip turns but i am having difficulty doing that, i just feel weird with my legs. maybe u guys can give me some tips on the proper way to do a hip turn. thanks! anyways here are the videos. video with me doing the glove drill: normal swing video:
  6. Thanks for all the help guys. i went to the range today and hit a bucket of balls with the glove under my right arm pit. but most of my shots tend to be thin or skulled shots, what should i do to fix that. another thing is that the glove falls out in the follow thru, i wonder if that's ok? i will post some videos tomorrow after i come back from the range. hopefully we can see some improvements.
  7. hmm is there any drills i can do to improve my lower body movement? and what is the correct lower body movement? now that u mentioned it, i do notice that my lower body did not rotate. i guess i have been focusing on my ubber body rotation too much.
  8. ah thanks for the replies. most of the shots tend to be hooks than slices. is there any good drill to prevent me from coming from the top? it seems like i am over swinging the club and my hands are too far above my head.
  9. hey guys, i have been on this forum for a while now and finally mustered up the courage to post my swing on here. it's definitely a work in progress. I have been playing for about 9 month now. mostly just going to the range and work on some tips i saw online. my buddy of mine who is a 5 has been helping me with my swing lately so it has gotten better. I hope you guys can give me some tips and advice on what i need to work on and i really appreciated it. thanks! Here is my swing with a 5 iron: Here is my swing with a pitching wedge: thanks again!
  10. oh wow.. didn't know hitting into a net is a bad idea. i guess it does make sense..
  11. congrats to the pens! i hope i get to make a Lakers Win thread tonight!
  12. agreed on the 13.5*. u will lose some distance comparing to the 9.5* and the 10.5* but they are just so much easier to hit.
  13. anybody got any drills that i can do at home without hitting a ball? i mainly want to practice my tempo and trying to avoid to take the club to the inside. i am also planning on buying a mat and a net so i can hit some balls in the back yard. what drills can i do once i got that set up? and what is a good mat? can i just use a rug? thanks guys!
  14. ah i can't believe i missed most of it today. anybody know if CBS is going to rebroadcast it so i can DVR it or a website that has a stream of it?
  15. hmm i need to move to the south bay. i think the closest one for me is about 20 min away. =(
