  1. I would think that Callaway would do whatever they could to help you out, especially cause it happened under normal use. That's what their warranty policy is.
  2. I called Callaway and they were very helpful and said they would be able to replace my driver! All the stories about great customer service were very accurate. I obviously recommend Callaway over anyone else because of how they handled my incident.
  3. let me try to get a better picture on here from my camera as opposed to my crappy computer camera. you can make the call on whether that was caused by a metal divider or a ball. Would they buy that it was simply a topped ball? I dont know if i want to be all sneaky like that, but just wondering.
  4. If Callaway can't replace it, does it look like it can still be used with little to no consequence? I don't want to burn another couple hundred dollars on a driver...also, can you buy just a head? The shaft and grip are completely fine, so if I can't get it replaced, maybe getting a new head would be smart.
  5. hey no offense taken with the 'normal use' thing haha. i was standing too close to that divider, it was my fault in that sense. But I've heard Callaway has great customer service, so hopefully they can help me
  6. Hey guys, I was at the range today and I swung my driver, and on my follow through, I hit the metal divider between the two mats. It got dinged and cut near the shaft. I was just wondering if I could mail this back to Callaway (it is a Diablo) and get it replaced. My friend said I could, but I just wanted to make sure. Here is a picture of the dent Thanks!
  7. I like the Nike Power Distance Softs..feel nice around the green and give you good distance as well.
  8. Hitting a great shot blindly and not being able to find your ball afterwards The cost What happens when I hit my driver...not good. haha
  9. Hitting a ball and immediately thinking "oh yes.." Reading a green perfectly and nailing a long putt Getting out of a tough lie with a good swing Walking up to a green to see the previous shot within 5 feet of the hole
  10. Break 90 more than once Have multiple birdies in one round Improve my driving accuracy Play well at a tournament at the end of July
