i just purchased my first 100 ball bucket of AAA Titleist Prov1 balls for $45 dollars, plus $10 dollars for shipping. i will report back and let you know how they look and will probably take a few pics as well.

if i remember correctly: the irons have Burner 85 Superfast regular steel shafts the hybrids are Taylor Made RE*AX SuperFast 60g regular graphite shafts the driver has TaylorMade Superfast REAX 50 stiff Graphite shaft the 3 wood has Taylor Made RE*AX SuperFast 49g stiff graphite shaft.

i was wondering if using irons and hybrids with a regular shaft flex and a driver and 3 wood in a stiff shaft flex does that or can that cause any problems in my swing, ball flight, etc since typically your swing speed will be higher on the stiff flex than the regular flex shaft?

i saw that too, now directv just needs to lower the price of the NFL sunday ticket and ill be there too!!!!! :) until then ill just have to rely on myp2p.eu to get my beloved vikings streamed to my house for FREE! it does not stream in HD, but right now ill take it. its better than the alternative of not seeing them play at all and only seeing highlights.

the only reason why i would need to rely on my parents or a friend up in sota is to stream the game from the solo without having to buy any NFL package, which i wouldnt have to worry about since the game is always broadcast up there (except for when blackout rules apply, which probably wont happen with all the favre hoop la going on!!). i would rather do that and take the $250 and apply it to more to golf lessons, equipment or just more rounds!!! :) i love to watch football, but i dont need to watch everygame thats on, just the vikes. im in conservation mode with my $$$ at the moment, with things being slow at work.... im going to use Stream torrent and find the viking vs. lions link on MyP2P website this sunday to stream the game, its free and worked pretty well last night when i tested it with the Georgia Tech vs Miami game. obviously because of compression and bandwidth limitations streaming it at HD video quality is out of the question. yes the video quality isnt top notch using stream torrent, but its good enough, and can you really complain since its free!!!! :) and since i have a spare pc hooked up to the internet and my 52inch LCD in the living room i could watch it still on my tv in full screen mode, which is the same thing i would have done with the slingbox but now i have saved another $175!

i was looking @ purchasing one and sticking it up in minnesota so i could watch just the vikings game, but if thats the case ill have to call and find out if that is true, my parents are switching to directv so i guess i could just login and watch from there account and save myself $400 for the NFL sunday ticket when i only want to watch the vikes anyway. For the most part i dont have any trouble with my signal going out on the std definition channels, they seem to be fine even when it rains hard, its just my HD channels seem to suffer during the rain, but for the most part they work too, so im not super annoyed YET......

i got five one hour lessons for $360. yea, my teacher watched me with my 3 wood and driver for about 5-10 swings each and was like ok, lets try this and handed me my 8 iron. at that point i realized my swing sucked and i was all ears for anything he said or any tips. since my first one hour lesson and listening to what he said i am now hitting it straighter and longer!!

the instructor i chose, i asked him what his philospy/teaching method would be with regards to my swing. He said i wont rebuild your swing from the ground up unless you ask me to. ill work with what you have now and just make some minor changes to get you swinging correctly!

im looking at purchasing and installing a slingbox solo into my parents house so i can watch the vikings play each week . they live in minnesota and i live in florida. i have direct tv but i dont want to spend the money for the nfl sunday ticket and superfan which comes out to be almost $400. my parents currently have dish network but are switching to directv. i believe their current bandwith is 3Mbps downstream and 384kbps upstream. i have read that at a minimum slingbox needs 256kbps but at least 384 to 1mbps upstream to run smoothly. is anyone currently using the solo across their WAN connection? if so what bandwidth are you currently paying for, and how good is the picture and sound?

update. well im going to go with golflogix software sucks the moose!!! i cant get the software to work on my bold no matter what i do. i have loaded greenfinderGPS on my bold and it works flawlessy except for the fact that it doesnt have the courses i will be playing this weekend! we are looking at testing iphones for my work. i guess ill try to see if it works on there, but have to wait and see if we go that route with phones. until then i guess ill have to wait till after i get back to test all this software on a course to see which one i like best.

i forgot to mention that when i tried to email golflogix tech support, everytime i submit the message i get: an unexpected error has occured on this page. i have tried from different pcs, different browsers etc with no luck. i just noticed that ATT is offering a newer version software for my phone so i am in process up upgrading it now and will test again. guess we will see if that cures my golflogix woes!!. they said that in this new software release for the bold that they have added the functionality to switch between 2g and 3g which by switching to 2g/EDGE data service should help with battery consumption.

well its just not in the cards for me to use the golflogix software. i loaded onto my BB bold through ATT. i have an unlimited data plan already, but everytime i launch the program on my phone i get network error, cannot find host. so i started playing with the software and phone trying to get it to work. i went into my device settings and checked that GPS is working. i went outside and rescanned the sky, i was able to pinpoint my location according to my phone. so i was like great that had to be the reason why it wasnt working so i went back and launched the program and got the same error as before. i have uninstalled the software on the phone and tried reinstalling but the result is the same. i have checked my carriers site for a device software update but i am running the most current one. anyone else have this issue or know of a fix? i would like to try this software this weekend as im going on vacation and plan to play several rounds of golf. i have looked at other software (bbgpsgolf, greenfindergps, intelligolf) and none of them appear to have the courses in there database yet that i will be playing. i know i could probably map it out myself but right now i just dont have the time. i have sent requests for them to add them but i have not heard back from anyone so im not sure how long that process takes.

he is running the same offense that he has run for 17 years in green bay not to mention he has his Off. Coordinator Darrell Bevell which he had while in green bay so to be out there with the vikes running the offense to him is like waking up in the morning and tying his shoes. all he is working on now is his timing with his Running backs & receivers and getting the feel of everybody around on him on the field!!! he looked pretty good last night, well except for that Dumba** crackback block he laid down. not sure what childress and his off coordinator where thinking running that play. it was badly designed and poorly executed, they need to tear that play out of the playbook and burn it. stick to what brett does best. handing off or gun slinging. none of this wildcat trickery crap with him. did they really think a 39 year old was going to do anything except be a pylon split out there..... can you imagine the uproar if on that play he got injured for several weeks or worse out for the season/??? if they want to run some wildcat then use TJ with Percy but for god sakes dont let TJ throw the ball.... :) it will be interesting to see how this all play's out. as a viking fan i can only hope that they go all the way!

The price is excellent!!!! :) this one doesnt support the golf courses i will be playing this weekend although i see i can add a course though!!! i will play with it and see how i like it. i would still like feedback from the others

im looking at a GPS greenfinder software for my blackberry bold. i have found two so far and wanted to get some feedback on them: http://www.golflogix.com/Default.aspx http://www.greenfindergps.com/ golf logix claims they have about 24,000 courses so far and greenfinder has about 10,000, besides the number of courses, does one have a feature the other doesnt or something that sets it apart as being better? or is there better software that i should be looking at? and just so im clear on my blackberry i already have the unlimited data plan, so thats all i would need along with the software in order to use it right? or is ATT requiring an additional monthly charge for GPS. because the way i understand it the GPS feature i apart of the phone not ATT?
