  1. it cant in tht respect. however if u are able to keep the ball on the course with your long game, a good short game gives you your lowest possible score for that round is what i meant.
  2. last months golf world interviewed mickleson and they asked him "how he rated himself as a ball striker". his reply was "i dont really care, 60% of our shots occur from inside 40 yards, thats all i focus on being good from" although we all know mickleson can bomb the long drive, it rarely gets him into a good position, and most certainly doesnt decrease his scores. he knows that what affects good scoring is a sound shortgame. so if the best believe this, shouldnt we??
  3. sergios great 2 watch tee 2 green, but his putting gives me nightmares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. score definately.ppl who would rather play well are usually those who depise the shrtgame and think putting should count less, but that live to strike the ball well. at the end of the day the scorecard has no pictures, and if u have a decent shortgame, ur scores will never be high!
