  1. Has anyone tried this putter and have any opinions they want to share on it.
  2. The way Gipper is always freaking out about his brother being eliminated is really annoying. He looked like he was going to cry a couple minutes ago. I think he should worry more about himself and winning.
  3. I am so happy blake is gone. They did a really good job making it look like Tony was gone. I was so convinced I almost stopped watching. Blake was a jerk earlier in the show and he even took a divot in the green after missing that putt.
  4. Thanks a lot for the info. By the way, I noticed you in another thread talk about the inside to down the line putting training aid (hijacking my own thread). I think it was you. If it was, what has your experience been with the stroke and are you still using it? Thanks a bunch.
  5. Yep I have a YES! putter and it has 2.5 degrees of loft and I roll it true just don't like the feel the insert. Naturally, I feel the urge inside me like every other golfer to get a scotty cameron.
  6. I have noticed that many top notch putter dealers have 4 degrees of loft on their putters (scotty cameron, some bettinardi's, and many custom putter makers). For me, just from trying out many of them, I can't get a 4 degree loft putter to roll true. Does this mean I have something seriously wrong with my stroke? Let me know if you have had this problem also. Thanks.
  7. I like that idea given that I am a bag boy/cart boy (whatever you want to call us)
  8. I had a thread on this putter about a month ago. I am thinking about getting it the only problem is I don't want to wait until Feburary. I probably will get it though judging on the reviews from Paul Casey and Stewart Cink. Its going to be a tough wait.
  9. For the hybrids: The Cobra DWS (2007) hybrids are fantastic clubs so I would assume the same about the TWS. You definately can't go wrong with a DWS or TWS. They have great forgiveness, trajectory(very high for me), and looks in my opinion.
  10. Ha we both posted topics about 54* sand wedges at the same time. Anyway, I'm not sure about under $60 but for about $80 you can find older clevelands like the 588 I think. It is definately a quality wedge. Also, on tgw, they have FEEL golf wedges for $70 and $40 which have gotten good reviews. Theres a review on this site too. Good luck.
  11. Does anyone on here use a 54* sand wedge with high bounce (12*-14* bounce)? Im looking into changing my wedge setup to 54 and 60 so I can put a 2 iron hybrid in. I love my 56.14 vokey from the sand and Im just wondering if any of you have opinions on how much of a difference a 54 would be from the sand. Thanks.
  12. I dont know much about tour edge exotics but I have seen good players using their putters which I have hit and they are quality clubs. I assume the same would be true about their irons. You only have a dozen or so posts so you probably dont know about it yet but EVERYONE on this forum loves mizunos so, judging by any opinions on here, you cant go wrong with the mizunos.
  13. I can already see how this would be a good topic because different views of the argument are in this thread already!
  14. Its a research paper where I have to get a lot of sources then write a 3 to 5 page essay. It pretty much sucks so I figured I should do something about golf to make it somewhat interesting. I really like that drug testing idea. I could do a lot with that.
  15. Hey everybody! I just got a homework assignment in my english class to write an essay about a controversial topic. I was hoping to do it about something related to golf but I can't really think about anything good. Feel free to post anything I really need an idea. Thanks.
