  1. No, but without a good feeling swing it becomes difficult on the course. Especially with approachig shots to the green..:-)
  2. I've been Playing Golf for: 10 months now, started last September. My current handicap index or average score is: 42, only played a 9-hole Tournament to get this handicap. My typical ball flight is: don't know yet The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Earl extension My goal is to bring my body in a better position to have more room for the downswing and to bring the weight to the lead foot. Open for all hints thank you! Videos:
  3. I’m coming from tennis where I have spent my last 20 years doing swings. I grip the racket with a very strong grip, meaning the racket head is pointing down. This is how I feel most comfortable. I just set my wrists early and then I can swing through without much thinking. I n Golf this would mean a very strong grip to have the same feelings. O f I try a more neutral grip it feels like I won't swing the club anymore, only carry it back and forward with stiff wrists. Has anyone experienced some similar or other transition processes from Tennis to Golf?
  4. Hello everyone I am happy to be in this forum and would like to introduce myself briefly. My name is Thomas and I am from Zurich, Switzerland. I started playing golf last September and am currently practice as much as possible. The plan is to start playing tournaments in Spring. Cheers Thomas
