Thanks for all of the responses. I'm getting ready to go out to the course here shortly. Im planning to hit at least three rounds today through Sunday (weather permitting). My short game is definitely where I need to focus the most. Hopefully I haven't completely lost my feel on the greens.

My shots start off on target then fade.

I started working on my swing again for a company golf tournament coming up mid September. I have a slight fade on my drives and wood shots. It's really nothing I couldn't adjust for but i would like them to be as straight as possible. Would closing the club face help? Any advice appreciated.

I'm just getting back into golf after about 3 years. My last set of irons were custom Ping i3s and I loved them. Loaned them out and will never see again. Getting ready to purchase a new set of irons with regular flex steel shafts. I'm on a budget of $500 and would like some suggestions as to how that would best be spent. Have been looking at Taylormade, and Callaway. Any advice appreciated. Thanks
