Started hot….finished cold. Shot a 45-54 = 99 thatbiz a good 18 hole score for me but I really fell apart on the back 9. On #11 I put 3 balls in the water 🤬. Still got an 8 on the hole but that is simply unforgivable!!

Finally back to my Evolvr lessons. I was not happy with some of what I saw in the below. I am happy that I seem to have stopped holding my right arm against my body but I think I am hitting the ball well before my hip turn. At first I thought maybe that was because I was tired and the foot was hurting but a couple days latter I had a friend shoot a video of me at my league on the very 1st shot, well rested and not hurting, and I did the same thing. So I am not thinking it is a more common issue for me. It will be interesting to hear the official comments. (FYI, I know the dates show different but that was typo, both videos are form June 8th)

Sorry, but no. Instead I was heard shouting an obscenity the instant I hit the ball.

Short update: Yesterday I walked 9 holes for the first time in a very long time. The foot started to ache on the 8th hole and did hurt after the round but overall it did well. As for my golf game, I was hitting real well yesterday and had only 2 bad shots. One was followed by a 3-Putt for double bogey but the other was a very lucky fluke. I was @ 5 yards off the green green. The green has a lot of slope and It is very hard to stop a ball on the green if you are on the side or back of the green. I was on the side towards the front of the green. I was planning to hit my lob wedge to the widest part of the green @ 10 feet above the pin so I could easily stay on the green. Unfortunately I bladed the ball, it shot hard into the side hill of the green, popped up and landed softly 4 fee below the hole. I could not have played it better if I tried.

Not sure but today may have been my best 9 hole score ever. Shot a 42 (+7). 3 GIR and 4 nGIR. Only hit 1 Fairway but had 2 that just missed the fairway and even the other missed fairways were not all that bad. 18 putts total. now I need to do it again.
