  1. Noticed the Brunswick B on the heads, but don’t really think that they’re from the mid 80s just based of head shape and leather grips. Also found out that Brunswick bought Macgregor in 1967 and sold them to the Wickes company in the late 70s prior to Jack Nicklaus taking over the majority control company in the 80s. And the timelines of ownership of Macgregor don’t really support that statement IMO. Think they we’re probably forged based on the older style design of the club head more of a 60s era Wilson dynapower weight distribution and with the leather grips I was thinking more 60s or 70s IMHO. Thanks for the info though. Always appreciate any info I can get. thanks Joey
  2. Hello again! Just picked up these vintage Jack Nicklaus premier irons and haven’t had any luck finding any information on them. Any help with the year of production or any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Joey
  3. Thanks for the info on the clubs. I plan on putting some new grips, since the old ones have let loose from the tape, and enjoy them out on the course. Thanks again GAA!
  4. I recently found an old MacGregor MC registered 060 irons 2-9 and matching wood 1,3,4,5. Appear to be in excellent shape for their age in my opinion. Found them at a goodwill for $20. Took them to the range and felt like butter, when hit correctly of course. Can anyone tell me what year they were made and what flex the A flex tru-action shafts would be? Just got into playing vintage clubs and couldn’t leave these jewels sitting on the rack. They Any information would be greatly appreciated.
