  2. Green Valley Ranch is an enjoyable course, Eisenhower Blue or Silver are great to play if either of you have a Military ID, Broadmoor is obviously great, but very expensive, Finally Four Mile Ranch is at the higher end of the distance you'd be willing to drive, but I hear very good things about that course. My experience is mostly with courses in the Colorado Springs area, to which I'm new myself. Good luck!
  3. No, no, my swing is ugly.
  4. Hello ladies and gents. I am a pretty poor golfer due to several things, two of the things I am doing to rectify this are buying new clubs and taking lessons. My question is: would it be better to buy the clubs before or after lessons? My background: I have been swinging clubs for about 10 years with the earlier years including one season of practicing with my high school team (never good enough to actually play the tourneys). I have played, on average, about 4 times a year. I have never taken a lesson. My clubs are a used set of rawlings from the late 80s/ early 90s, not sure. Any tips/ suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance.
  5. Tiger is great, but because I love his drink so much I will have to give the nod to Arnold Palmer.
  6. I haven't played since last summer and apparently only playing 3 or 4 times a season doesn't lead to success. I shot a 102 the last time I played, can't wait to take some lessons and fix my swing before I allow all of my bad habits to really set in.
  7. I am a Financial Advisor, I've been away from golf for a few years, but I am excited to return to the sport.
