Im 23, just getting back into the game. I played a lot through my younger teens and am starting to get back into it since I will be out of college soon, and will not have the need to take summer classes (thank god)!
I've been a hockey player my whole life, so I feel I have a pretty good idea of the mechanics and the motion that goes with a good swing but I definitely could use some help (especially with consistency).
My question is: should I shell out to take lessons with a local pro now, or should I wait until the middle or the end of the summer to seek lessons so I can get my game worked out a little more to see where I really need help? -Or- are lessons a complete waste of money? Any opinions would be appreciated.
