  1. Thanks Josh, I have a range finder, wallet and keys that I would put into the console, big enought for that I'm assuming? I also will be using my Nike carrying bag, are most bags secure on it? I'll take my bag with this weekend when I go shopping to make sure.
  2. Hi All, I am unable to carry my clubs anymore (back surgery) and an thinking about getting a Clicgear 3.0. I have read many posts about how small it fold up to, but they do not say if this is with the bag attached or not. I golf one a week in a league and would like to leave the bag on the cart, fold it and put it in the trunk. So, how does this cart fold with a bag attached? I'm probably going to get out this weekend to see for myself, but thought I would ask the people that are using them day-to-day. Lastly, anything else about this cart that I should know about? Quirks, the good, bad or ugly? Thanks
  3. When I was working to break 100 consistently, I stopped looking at the people I was playing with. I thought "if he can hit a 7 iron 150 yards I should be able to" when really it was a 5 iron or 7 wood for me. One I started playing my own game it helped a lot. I also started playing bogey golf. On in 3 and 2 putt. That way I was not trying to get onto the green in 2 (which I still cannot always do). I had my friend start with playing 6's, on in 4 and 2 putts. You develop a lower risk game plan that way and learn course management IMO.
  4. You also might want to go to the range and take a video camera with you. I usually set it up right behind me for 10 swings then facing me for ten swings. Take a look at it when you get home. You can also put something on the face of the club (vaseline) to that you can see exactly where you are hitting it. (this will affect your ball path, but you are not after that right now.) One other thing, (to kilbymans point) usually when I have consistant trouble that I cannot get away from and I ask someone to watch me, they usually say that I'm swinging way too fast.
  5. Is there any good books on golf fitness?
  6. With better courses come better greens. I think that makes a big difference. I also noticed that in my mind I get psyched up when I'm playing a harder course.
