  1. The oldest clubs in my bag are the eye 2s i was fitted for when i was 14 (4 years ago). If i remember correctly, they are 1 or 2° flat, 1" short, and the shafts are a regular flex. (i have since taken almost 2 years off of the game, and i am taller and stronger than i was then) I noticed this year i have to reach/set up uncomfortably to ground the club. My soft draw is a hard hook, just with these clubs, and i think this may be why. I would love to be able blame my misses on the clubs, but i don't know what is really causing it. Does this seem plausible? If so, should i buy new irons?
  2. Hey fellow golfers. I'm 18, and a mid/low 80s shooter. I started golfing when i was 14, and played the next 3 years on my high school team. I quit after my junior year varsity season due to the state of my game. I went back out for the first time since (now a freshman in college), just this april, and forgot how much i love the sport. I joined a traveling weekend league and i'm going to start taking lessons after school's over. My goal this year is to break 70 for the first time (current best is 74, this year). I look forward to contributing to the forums!

I'm 18. Been playing golf since i was 14, though i quit entirely from the game for a year and a half when i was 16 :(
  4. yuo should check out the mx-300s. they are kindof a hybrid between players and gi irons
  5. my hands get pretty sweaty. i couldn't imagine playing gloveless
  6. I cannot comment on most premium wedges out there, but my 60.04 vokey spins more than anything i've ever experienced around the green. One of my main courses is relatively dry and fast, and i am able to stop the ball dead in the 15-30 yd range. Being able to be very aggressive even when short sided or with tight pins has help my game dramatically improved by scrambling abilities. If there is anywhere around your home town where you can demo one, i would strongly recommend trying one out.
