Thank you! Now I think i am slicing across the ball which is causing my slice. What i dont get is that the 4h has a smaller head so why is it that i can hit it right but not my drivers. I can hit my drivers 250-300 but thats going to have quite a bit of slice. I dont do it to much because they slice causes my ball to go on the course. I think your right. I need to slow down and build up my speed more. I will try this out next time im out. thanks for the legitimate tip!!

Out of all the replys, only 2 of them gave any kind of tips or help. I dont know what to tell you guys. All i can say is that if any of you ever come to the central coast california, send me a messege i would be more then happy to hit the driving range or play real golf with you. Like i said i have never played a 18 hole course but really looking foward to trying it. Out everything you guys said it just makes me think i should go back to the range and talk to some real golfers and have them check it out and see what they think. Maybe i can snap a video so then you guys can stop calling me a lier and maybe tell me somthing thats worth a damn. I ask for tip not to be called a lier. I dont know if this matters but im 6 foot 275 pounds. I played football my whole life and im going into my 5th year of semi pro ball. Maybe my size has somthing to do with the reason i can hit so far. I dont know. I dident even know 300 was a far distance to hit. I have no idea how far Tiger and Phil can hit it. And what if i can hit it 300 with my 4h? So what! that dont make me a good golfer. It just means maybe its time to start working on my short game i guess. Cause lord know my shrt game can use alot of work. So if you are ever in the area or want me to come out to you, im down to play. I just found this game and so far i love it. Or you can sit here and say what you want, cause it dont bother me. Theres nothing you guys can say or names you can call me that i havent heard before on the field by guys bigger stronger meaner then all u put together.

I will say I am new to golf and not sure on how far is far to hit a golf ball. What can tell you is when I grab my 4Hybrid (Came in $109 Dunlop set from Kmart) and stand at the tee at the driving range i can hit the ball past the 250 mark. I have no reason to lie about how far I am hitting the ball. What I'm asking is how can I hit further with my drivers. If you want to sit here and tell me I'm lieing then you dont need to say anything because its already been said. If you got some tips for me on my driver, I would love to hear some tips. I found that letting up on my grip helped out, so small tips like that would be great.

I was shooting out in Atascadero it was 97 with no wind. Pretty miserable lol

So heres the deal. I always Tee off with my 4 hybrid. I only have played on 3 par courses. No matter the distance I always Tee off with it cause i think i got good control as far as distance and keeping it straight. I have hit a hole in one from 165 yards with it. Today I wanted to see how far i could hit all my woods and how far i can get my hybrid. First I used my 1 wood and i hit it about 120-170 straight, any thing further would slice way right. With my 3 wood I can hit 150-200 straight and further would slice. When I use my 4Hybrid i can hit 250-300 straight with some good hits that cleared the range with no markers to know how far they went. So my thinking was that if i could learn how to hit my 3 and 1 I should be able to hit further then with my Hybrid. The guy in the pro shop saw me hitting and brought out some drivers to try and my best luck was with 1 wood cleavland 10.5, but i was still only hitting it just over 200. He told me as long as I m hittting 250-300 with the hybrid I dont really need to use a driver, but I would like to progress my game. I have only been playing for about a month so I'm not sure what I could be doing to make 4hybrid go so much further then my driver. Any tips would be great.

the hill is to the left of the pin, soit went left and bounced to the hole and the flag was still in it. i did not see it go in the hole just saw it disappear. I dont really want to call it beginners luck, because i have only been playing 3 weeks but i can hit the green 40% of the time from the tee. I have come close a few times. i dont have a real good putt game but I have birdie once. I guess you can call it whatever but i know this is not my last one.

Hey whats up, I have been playing golf for about three weeks. I have only played on Par 3 9 hole courses. Today I stepped in to the box at hole #1 (Not first hole of the day) at Pismo Beach Golf Course, with my 4Hybrid and Nike MOJO ball. I hit it long and stright i saw it bounce on little hill and bounce a few times on the green and then i lost it. I figured it rolled off the back of the green. I grabed my back and started making my way down the fairway. I walked to the back of the green and looked for my ball and could not find it. Two guys waiting to tee off on hole #2 told me to look in the hole. and sure enough I see MOJO right across the golf ball. I was in complete shock. I asked the guys if they were messing with me and kept asking if they did that. They told me they play golf in college and respect the game to much to mess with someones ball. They told me to just accept that i just hit a Hole in One!! They said they would let the club house know they witnessed it. After I finished my round, I went to the club house and they had me fill something out for the newspaper. He asked me the names of the witnesses but i dident know them. He still accepted the Hole in One because they had gone in and confirmed it, but I dont know how im going to register it now. No matter what I'm very happy. So I thought I would share with you guys and see if anyone els wanted to share there story with us.
