  1. That's some fantastic info!! Thanks $1m.
  2. Great! I had forgotten that Titleist did those wedge sets. Any material differences in the two gold ones I showed other than difference in sole/bounce? FWIW, Back when I bought my DCI Golds back in the day, I didn't buy the SW, and was thinking about grabbing it now to satisfy the completist in me.
  3. Piggybacking on this topic for a little help with the Sand Wedge(s) in this set. There are 2 different styles, but both seem to have the identifying characteristics of the DCI Gold original set. The one on the left is more common, and matches the ones found in the oversize and 962 sets (IIRC) but are not marked as being in those sets. The one on the right has the same sole appearance as the rest of the DCI Gold set. Any info that anyone can share?
  4. I've been using V1 Game this season, and have found it really nice. The Apple Watch functionality they added this year really makes it easy to "set and forget", and the swing detection using the builtin watch functionality is smooth. The only negative is that puts and chips have to be manually tracked, as the GPS technology doesn't provide shot detection and shot recording inside a few yards of the green.
  5. I recently started back playing after about a decade and picked up a Nike VR Tour Driver to replace my tiny Big Bertha but I am trying to make use of the adjustment features. I know the club is pretty old, but I really like the way it feels and looks at the tee. I hope someone doesn't mind answering a question about the adjustments. Sadly, the book itself is very sparse on details and useful info on the internet is very hard to find. I think I understand the concept and how the adjustments themselves work, including the concept of dynamic loft (although I can't find a wrench where the electronics work and have to rely on the click) but I'm confused about how I actually take advantage of the changes at the tee. I'm trying to take the edge of a bit of a fade, and have set the Driver to -1 Upright as a starting point, but do I then square the club face at address or do I use the red line on the grip? Squaring the face seems sort of counter-intuitive to me as wouldn't that be negating any adjustment I make, unless the key is all in the dynamic loft? ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated, as I LOVE the VR 3 wood I also picked up.
  6. I think you're right. I own a set of those and still play them
